Sometime back, I was reading a news items or gossip whatever it is, that Sharukh Khan decided to do superhero film RA.One after he came to know that his son wanted to see him as a superhero. Well, that is a really a cute wish from a young boy. Anyways, I did not watch RA.One. For that matter I rarely watch superhero movies for my own reasons. But generally, every person will have his/her own superhero, who according to that person will do something extraordinary, who will achieve something nearly impossible. I asked myself the same question. Is it some fiction character like Superman or He-man or Phantom or Spiderman or Batman Or Shakthiman or a mythological character like Hanuman;-) ? Answer is big nahhh for all of them. Then who else? The answer was pretty straight forward and crystal clear.
My Superhero is not a comic hero who jumps from a building to another. He is
• the person whom I emulated from my childhood
• the person whom I envisioned as a hero
• the person whom I considered as a role model
• the person who spent each and every moment of his life working hard to give comfort to his family
• the person to whom family interests are more important than individual aspirations
• the person who lived a life by an example showing that success should be based on values and self-contempt but on wealth and lavishness,
• the person whose simplicity is unmatchable
• the person who always faced family responsibilities, commitments and challenges with his trademark charishmatic smile
• the person whom family, friends and society respected for his sincerity, honesty and helping nature
• the person who never expected anything from others but gave as much as he can to all
• the person who taught me to live with rationality and maturity
• the person from whom I learnt how to maintain stability and values in all trying circumstances
• the person from whom I learnt how to be diplomatic yet to be frank
• the person about whom I never talked negatively among my friends circles
• the person who never discouraged me for anything
• the person whose physical presence, guidance my whole family and I am missing badly
• the person whose loss is very tough to be digested.
• the person whose spirit and memories still guide my family and me every moment even if he is not physically among us.
• the person whose birthday was yesterday November 22nd
• the person who was smiling even when was leaving this world
• the person who is responsible for what I am now in this world
• the person whom I emulated from my childhood
• the person whom I envisioned as a hero
• the person whom I considered as a role model
• the person who spent each and every moment of his life working hard to give comfort to his family
