Many a time I feel something I badly miss about India is the "social life" !! I said the same in my post "Necessary Evil", that is a result of my earlier trip to US. But this time I have much better social life than that I had in the past. Still, it is not so active as it is(was) in India :-(
Anyways, not so active social life provides me loneliness and free time, which can be used in many ways . Apart from visiting places , roaming on the streets of Salt Lake City and doing lot many things (which I don't want to disclose :-)), I'm making use of the free time to produce some videos like these
I am not really sure if people appreciate them or not. Or they may even think "Evadi Pichhi vaadiki aanandam" a saying in my mother tongue Telugu, whose English translation is "One finds real happiness in the things one is crazy about". But this is how I engage myself in my time outside office and try to turn loneliness into "solitude" :-) Sounds exaggerating??? Yeah it might be. But it happens to be true at lest in my case. My experience says that after enjoying good time in the company of others, loneliness for some time (can range from minutes to a few days) brings the best creative thoughts out of my brain. The same loneliness becomes depressing if mind is in a unhappy state and full of negative thoughts.
So, finally, to conclude I will tell something. Filling mind with good thoughts and engaging myself in something I love to do, transforms my loneliness into solitude. I will call this "Loneliness --> solitude transformation" !!! Transformation !!! Oh my goodness, again engineering and Mathematics jargon !! Somebody please help me in finding out a way to come out of that :-)
